Im disappointed. I purchased wraps from looseleaf multiple times. But this time around all the wraps in the box were slit open on the bottom as if it was not sealed correctly. I emailed looseleaf customer service and they were responding well and said they will replace my wraps as long as i send QR code that are on wraps and proof of purchase and i havent gotten a response in over 3 weeks. So my problem was never resolved and i have wraps that were crispy and unusable because they crumbled when i took them out the pack! Ridiculous poor customer service. Never ordering from here again.

Recieved a defected box of leafs. Most of the packages was not sealed properly. It’s opening from the bottom which made the wraps stale and not able to use. About 4 -5 packs were effected by this. Waste of money

I love cookies & cream but this is the was by far the most defected box I had received. Majority of the packs looked like this. I was very shocked because they never come this way. Especially after my horrible experience with the peach leafs, I didn’t expect this. Hope they continue to improve because this not satisfying.

I recently ordered three flavors, and unfortunately, every pack was molded. This experience was quite disappointing, especially since this brand started off as the greatest gars to smoke.Please bring back the original staff to address these quality control issues. I'll check back again in a couple months , hopeful that the quality will return to its former glory. I'm confident it will! So far January and march i received the same results shit must change desto #bringbackyourorignialstaff

Shipping could be (much) better! I got an email saying my order was shipped 11 days ago and I still haven’t received it and the package is in Kearny, NJ on the 11th day of shipping and I’m in Atlanta, Ga still waiting. Aside from horrible shipping, the quality on leaves is always A-1 lol the only reason I’m willing to wait in misery paying ($15) on (1) 5 pack of leaves at local gas stations while waiting on my box.
