Order & Shipping FAQs

All packages are shipped via USPS. You can track your package (s):USPS.

Please note, if you order multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number and shipping label, any claims should be made with the carrier. We can only control our own business.

You will receive a feedback email from us once the order has been delivered after which you can post a review in our website. Your review helps expand our community!

We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to United States.

RETURN/REFUND

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. ALL sales are FINAL. 

EXCHANGES

We aim for 100% product satisfaction. If you have a problem with any product received, please reach out to support@looseleaf.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Any
requests for exchange made after this period may not be honored.

You will need to provide us the following to start the process:   

1.Order Number 

2.Picture of the defective wraps in question

3.QR code scratched on the bag/box


*PLEASE NOTE-

  • All products in question will need to be shipped back to us and are thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to being exchanged.
  • Minor Imperfections, User Damage, Preference Issues are not considered defects and will not qualify for an exchange.
  • All products sent for inspection are subject to approval for an exchange. If an exchange is not approved, we will ship back the product to the designated address.
  • Total Maximum limit of 3 replacement packs per person per year.

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

All orders are final and we do not change orders after they are placed.

We have a comprehensive fraud prevention system that automatically flags and cancels orders that are potentially fraudulent.

If an order is cancelled, the payment will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
