We do not offer international shipping. We only ship to United States.
Standard shipping within the U.S. over $75.00 is free. Shipping under $75.00 is $5.00.
All packages are shipped with USPS First Class and we fulfill all orders within 24 hours. You can track your package(s) here:
Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 24 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. All sales are FINAL.
If you have any concerns with any product received, please send a picture of the product and your order number to email@example.com
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to change the order before it gets fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes.
We have a comprehensive fraud prevention system that automatically flags and cancels orders that are potentially fraudulent.
If an order is cancelled, the payment will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Account & Rewards FAQs
We set up our rewards program March 24th 2023. All orders placed before then will not include redeemable points. If you placed an order after that date and points have still not been updated please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and email.
Once you have logged in to your account, you can view the orders placed for the last 6 months!
Please login to your account to check the reward points and redeem them!
You will receive a feedback email from us once the order has been delivered after which you can post a review in our website.
